I am not going to lie to you and tell you that I can’t wait for my kids to go back to school because I totally can. I think summer went way too fast and I am not looking forward to making lunches for 3 of 4 kids this year. My daughter is old enough to take care of herself so I don’t have to do hers but I still make the boys’ lunches. They help but I find that I struggle to find healthy lunch box snacks to send them. They are picky for one thing and with allergies and other issues, there are some things they love but can’t take. So I decided to ask a few other bloggers for some of their quick, easy and healthy lunch box snacks and I have listed 15 of them here for you to check out.
Apple Sandwiches from Thrifty Jinxy
Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins from Melanie Cooks
Choc Orange Nut Free Energy Balls from Childhood 101
Chocolate Coconut Squares from The Mommy Mix
Cranberry White Chocolate No Bake Cookies from My Wife Can Cook
Egg Muffins with Spinach and Mushrooms from The Cookware Geek
Grape Juice Fruit Leather from Must Have Mom
Herb Garlic Parmesan Popcorn from Retro Housewife Goes Green
Honey Lime Fruit Salad from Jonesin’ For Taste

I think I can totally do a few of these that I am sure my kids will eat (insert eye roll from picky eater) and at least I know they are easy and somewhat healthier than those gummy packages that seem to go into their lunches daily.
Can you see any of these ending up in your kids’ lunches?
