I can’t believe that 2014 is only hours away from completion. As a reflection of my year, I write this post. This year has seen many amazing things happen for us. My husband finally became a permanent resident and found a half decent job that allows him to be with us every day instead of driving long haul truck, our son turned 1, my blog has done a complete 360 degree change (for the better I would love to think). It has also seen some not so great things happen as well but we dealt with them all as a family and are stronger for them.
I am looking forward with such clarity, joy and appreciation for what 2015 can be and will hopefully bring to us. We will all grow as a family, my husband will hopefully land the job that he truly wants and my blog will start being a source of income for myself and my family (although this is not the be all and end all for me as I am totally enjoying just writing). My kids will grow and make it through another school year, my daughter has decided she wants to take piano lessons instead of singing this year and I can’t wait to see how that will go, my 8 year old I hope will find more books to read in 2015 and my 6 year old will hopefully learn to read on his own this year which will be a huge accomplishment for him and the excitement of finally being able to play a game that he hasn’t been able to play because he can’t read will be huge for him too. Oliver will hopefully say his first real words and sentences this year, that is going to be fun I am sure. What I am most hoping for though, is for a new life to bless our clan. I can only hope that whoever watches out for us will allow us to add one more little one to our growing family to be loved and cherished like the other 4.
I hope you will continue to follow our adventures and wish you all the very best for 2015. May you blessed with health, happiness and all the best 2015 can offer!
Lots of love XOXO
